By accessing app.mostodo.com or creating an account you accept these Terms.

1. Parties

USER

The natural or legal person who registers or uses MosToDo.

Parental/guardian consent is required if you are under 18.

2. Service Description

MosToDo is a cloud-based SaaS platform combining task management, project tracking, notes and team collaboration. Two plans are offered: Free and paid (Pro Plan).

3. Account Creation & Security

3.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering.

3.2 You are solely responsible for account security. In case of unauthorised access, notify [email protected] immediately.

3.3 The account cannot be transferred to another user or entity.

3.4 Only one account per email address is permitted.

4. Subscription & Payment

4.1 The paid plan is purchased by the workspace owner. Purchases on the web are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record; purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store.

4.2 Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

4.3 Prices are shown on the purchase screen. Web purchases are charged in US dollars (USD); applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout. App Store prices are set by Apple in your local currency.

4.4 If a payment fails your account reverts to the Free plan; your data is not deleted.

5. User Content

5.1 Tasks, notes, projects and any other content you upload belong to you.

5.2 You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the service.

5.3 You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, misleading or infringes third-party rights.

5.4 Backing up your content is your responsibility.

6. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

closeUsing the platform for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
closeOverloading the system or scraping data with automated tools (bots, scrapers).
closeReverse-engineering or copying the platform.
closeAttempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
closeDistributing spam, phishing or malware.

7. Intellectual Property

The MosToDo name, logo, design and source code belong to TEYOBI BILISIM YAZILIM SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The service is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8.2 The Company is not liable for damages caused by user errors, third-party service disruptions or force majeure.

8.3 In any event the Company's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the month the damage occurred.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 If you violate these Terms your account may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.

9.2 You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time.

9.3 After account closure, user data is anonymised within 30 days, except payment records subject to a legal retention obligation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ankara courts.
