Delete Your Account

Request account and data deletion for MosToDo (web and mobile).

You can close your MosToDo account and request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Send an email from your registered MosToDo address to [email protected] with the subject Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address linked to your MosToDo account and, if possible, your workspace name.
We verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

Data that will be deleted

check_circleAccount profile (name, email, profile photo)
check_circleTasks, projects, lists, notes and workspace content you created
check_circleWorkspace memberships and invitations
check_circleNotification preferences and app settings

Data that may be retained

infoInvoices and payment records — retained for 10 years as required by tax legislation
infoServer security logs — retained for up to 90 days, then deleted
infoAnonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you

Processing time

After your request is verified, account data is anonymised within 30 days. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before deletion; we can help with this during the request.
