BUYER

The user or workspace administrator who completes the subscription.

Account details provided during purchase are deemed valid.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the MosToDo Pro Plan digital subscription service ordered by the BUYER via app.mostodo.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

4. Payment & Billing

4.1 The subscription order is formed when the BUYER completes and confirms the payment form.

4.2 Payments on the web are processed by Paddle.com, acting as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, using the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card). In-app purchases on iOS are processed by Apple. Card details are never stored on the SELLER's servers.

4.3 On the monthly plan, payment is collected each month; on the annual plan, payment is collected once at the start.

4.4 The BUYER explicitly consents to recurring payments during checkout.

4.5 Web purchases are charged in US dollars (USD) at the price confirmed at checkout; amounts shown in other currencies (e.g. TRY) on our website are for information only. App Store purchases are charged in the currency set by Apple.

5. Delivery

The service is digital in nature and is assigned to the BUYER's account immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical delivery applies.

6. Cancellation Right

Withdrawal and Refunds

Your statutory withdrawal and refund rights are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where applicable law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Where Paddle processes payment, the Paddle Refund Policy also applies.

However, the BUYER may cancel the subscription at any time. See our Cancellation & Refund page for details.

7. Governing Law

Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer arbitration committees and the courts/enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.

By checking the confirmation box during checkout, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this agreement in full.
